Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the BBL Bible website (the "Site") or purchasing any digital products from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

BBL Bible is operated from Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

2. Our Products

We sell digital downloadable guides ("Guides") covering surgical recovery topics, including but not limited to BBL, rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, breast surgery, and liposuction recovery.

All Guides are digital products delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Medical & Health Disclaimer

This is important — please read carefully.

  • Our Guides are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. They are not medical advice, and they do not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and BBL Bible or any of its contributors.
  • Our Guides are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your surgeon, physician, or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition, surgery, or recovery.
  • Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read in our Guides.
  • Individual recovery experiences vary. Information in our Guides reflects general patterns and commonly cited guidance; it may not apply to your specific medical situation, procedure, or surgeon's post-operative protocol. Always follow the specific instructions given to you by your own surgeon and medical team.
  • BBL Bible makes no representations or warranties about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the information contained in our Guides for any purpose, and disclaims all liability for any reliance placed on such information.
  • If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your surgeon or emergency services immediately.

4. Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • Prices are displayed in EUR or USD depending on your region, and include or exclude VAT as indicated at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability.
  • Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.

5. Delivery of Digital Products

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased Guide(s) via email delivery.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure you provide a valid email address and to check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive your Guide promptly.
  • Digital products are typically delivered immediately after payment confirmation.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under EU consumer law, you normally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. However, this right does not apply to digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, if:

  • You have given your explicit prior consent to receive the digital content immediately, and
  • You have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery/download begins.

By completing your purchase and accessing your Guide, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is thereby waived, in accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU (implemented in Dutch law under Article 6:230p BW).

If you experience a technical issue with your download or believe you were charged in error, please contact us at bblbiblemain@gmail.com — we handle these on a case-by-case basis (see Section 7).

8. Intellectual Property & Permitted Use

  • All content within our Guides — including text, structure, design, and any accompanying materials — is the intellectual property of BBL Bible and is protected by copyright law.
  • When you purchase a Guide, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, publicly share, upload to file-sharing platforms, or otherwise make our Guides available to third parties, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent.
  • Violation of this section may result in termination of access and legal action.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or our systems.
  • Share your purchased content or account access with others.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • BBL Bible shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Guides or the Site.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Guide.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Dutch or EU law (including liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

11. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with the GDPR.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
