All Sales Are Final

BBL Bible sells exclusively digital products downloadable ebooks delivered instantly upon purchase. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and non-refundable.

This policy exists because digital products are delivered immediately and permanently upon payment. Once a download link has been issued or a file has been accessed, the product cannot be returned, recalled, or resold in the way a physical product can. The nature of digital goods makes it impossible for us to verify whether content has been read, copied, or redistributed — and for this reason, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances.

No Refunds — No Exceptions

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, store credit, or partial refunds for any of the following reasons:

· You changed your mind after purchase
· You purchased the wrong guide by mistake
· You no longer need the guide
· You found similar information elsewhere
· You did not read the guide before your surgery
· You were dissatisfied with the content
· You purchased the guide and then rescheduled your surgery
· You purchased multiple guides and only wanted one
· You did not receive the results you hoped for from your surgery
· Technical difficulties on your personal device

We encourage every customer to read the full product description, chapter list, and verified reviews before completing a purchase. All of this information is provided in detail on every product page to help you make a fully informed decision before buying.

What You Are Purchasing

When you purchase a BBL Bible guide, you receive:

✦ Instant access to a digital PDF ebook
✦ Delivery via download link to your email address
✦ Lifetime access to the version purchased
✦ Access on any device — mobile, tablet, or desktop

You do not receive a physical product. No book, no printed materials, and no physical shipment of any kind will be dispatched. This is a digital-only purchase.

Delivery Issues

If you did not receive your download link after purchase, this is almost always a technical delivery issue — not a reason for a refund. Before contacting us, please:

1. Check your spam or junk mail folder
2. Check your promotions tab if you use Gmail
3. Ensure the email address entered at checkout 
   was spelled correctly
4. Wait up to 15 minutes — delivery is automated 
   but may be delayed by email servers

If you have completed all of the above steps and still cannot access your purchase, contact us at ntrouwloon@hotmail.com and we will resolve the delivery issue and ensure you receive access to what you paid for. A delivery issue is not a refund situation it is a customer service situation and we will fix it promptly.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same guide twice, contact us within 48 hours of the duplicate purchase at ntrouwloon@hotmail.com with your order numbers. We will review duplicate purchase cases individually and issue store credit for the duplicate where it can be verified. This is the only circumstance in which any form of compensation may be considered and is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

The Complete Collection

If you purchased individual guides and later wish you had purchased the Complete Collection instead, we are unable to refund individual guide purchases or apply their value toward the collection. We recommend reviewing the Complete Collection option before purchasing individual guides — it is displayed prominently on the product page and represents a significant saving over purchasing all five guides separately.

Your Responsibility as a Buyer

By purchasing from BBL Bible, you confirm that:

✦ You understand that digital products cannot 
   be returned once delivered

✦ You have reviewed the product description, 
   chapter list, and customer reviews before buying

✦ You are purchasing for personal use only and 
   will not share, redistribute, resell, or reproduce 
   the content of any BBL Bible guide

✦ You understand that the guides are for 
   informational purposes only and do not 
   constitute medical advice

Intellectual Property

All BBL Bible guides are protected by copyright. Purchasing a guide grants you a single-user personal licence to read and reference the content for your own use. You may not:

· Share the download link with others
· Redistribute the PDF file in any format
· Reproduce or copy any portion of the content
· Resell or sublicense the guide in whole or in part
· Use the content for commercial purposes

Violation of these terms may result in your access being revoked without refund and may be subject to legal action under applicable copyright law.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:

· Provide this policy and your purchase confirmation 
  to the payment provider as evidence of agreed terms
· Revoke access to your purchased digital products
· Flag the account to prevent future purchases

We would always prefer to resolve any issue directly. If you have a concern about your purchase, please contact us before initiating a dispute — we are a small business and we respond to every message.

Medical Disclaimer

BBL Bible guides are compiled from publicly available medical research, peer-reviewed studies, and board-certified surgeon protocols for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. No content in any BBL Bible guide replaces the advice of your surgeon or healthcare provider.

The fact that a guide did not change your surgical outcome, that your recovery differed from what the guide described, or that you disagreed with any content is not grounds for a refund. We make no guarantee of specific surgical outcomes.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising from a purchase made through BBL Bible shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
